Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me.

Ive recently had tendons taken out of my ancle and put into my hand after a heavy electrocution.

Im going to be spending alot of time at home and in pain.

Will smoking a joint effect my healing?? As it relaxes me and helps me sleep.
